TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. INTRODUCTION

1.1. Welcome to W.I.P. Labs (c/o INARBEIT MEDIA PRODUCTION LLP). By registering for or attending any of our events (paid or unpaid), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all of the Terms and Conditions set forth. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, programs, events, information, and products that you may use or access from time to time. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our registration process or attend our events.

1.2. The Terms and Conditions may be changed or modified, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of such changes. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. By continuing to use the registration process, you are deemed to have been made aware of, and to have accepted, any changes to the revised Terms and Conditions. We also expect you to read and understand any additional policies, which will be treated as part of this Agreement before using our services.

  1. USER REPRESENTATIONS

2.1. All information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

2.2. You will maintain the accuracy of this information and promptly update it as necessary.

2.3. You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2.4. You are at least 18 years old.

2.5. You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

2.6. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or subscription and to refuse any and all current or future use of the Website (or any portion thereof).

  1. LIABILITY

W.I.P. Labs does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to persons, or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event/s. 

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you are registered for or attending any event. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to any event to any person for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation.

5. ARTIST REPRESENTATION

The views expressed by individual artists and performers (“Artist(s)“), whether during their performance, on their social media channels, or on any third-party channels and platforms, online or offline (collectively, “Channels”), are solely their own. These views do not represent those of W.I.P. Labs, nor are they endorsed by W.I.P. Labs, its associates, or affiliates. Artists are fully and solely responsible for their actions, expressions, and views at all times. W.I.P. Labs will not be liable for any claims, damages, or outrage arising from the comments, pictures, or videos posted by Artists on the Channels. Furthermore, W.I.P. Labs shall not be held responsible for any violations of intellectual property rights that may arise from an Artist’s performance.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSAL 

W.I.P. Labs reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any ticket/registration holder or visitor who appears to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, exhibiting signs of COVID-19 (such as a high temperature or persistent cough), refusing to wear a mask when required, or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately. This also applies to any behavior likely to cause damage, injury, or nuisance at the event venue.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

7.1 No refund shall be provided in case of cancellation of registration or failure to attend any event.

7.2 Exceptions: For workshops, 50% of the registration amount will be reimbursed if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the workshop start date. Cancellation requests must be sent by email to workinprogresslabs@gmail.com, including the reasons for cancellation. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

8.  GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Delhi shall have jurisdiction over any matters relating to these Terms and Conditions.
