About the Workshop:
How do we like to move? What are our movement preferences? Do we lean on the left or use our right side all the time? This workshop is designed on the premise that movement is intrinsic to well being, and an improved body awareness can act as a link between the two.
This 3 day workshop will draw form the facilitator’s experience in somatic movement practices, Dance therapy, and Contemporary Dance, using (hopefully) fun games, and movement explorations.
