- Seating is limited and on first come-first serve basis
- No refund will be made in case of cancellation of ticket/registration of or failure to attend any program. Exception: In case of workshops, 50% of the registration amount will be refunded if informed at least 5 days prior to the programmed date.
- W.I.P. reserves the right to refuse admission/eject a ticket/registered holder or visitor appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or causing any kind of nuisance or otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately.
